Drain the puriclean into it after doing water system, sterlising tablets also works.
Yep. Wouldn't bother with cleaning it really as others have said it's a waste container but I have done the above and probably helps.

I use Elsan Grey Water Tank Fresh
I use the same a few times a year, it does the job without a lot of messing about and leaves the inside of the tank nice and clean.

I just wash mine out with a strong jet from the hose. I then leave the caps off to allow it to dry out.Once dry the caps go back on and no smells. If you put the caps on your bound to get smells from the water left in from cleaning because you can never get it all out and it goes stail.

i also soak hot bleach in it
Bleach is killed at 55 - 60 degrees.
If it can't be cleaned with Jeyes fluid, it probably can't be cleaned at all. Don't use bleach any hotter than you can hold your hand without scalding or it is useless.

I just put some water and bleach down the wastes so it cleans the wastemaster as well. had ours for years , its probably grotty inside!
It was a bit smelly on holiday due to heat so I put a little of the pink toilet top tank fluid in,it helped and after emptying it was fine.

Be careful with bleach in caravan waste pipes. I made the mistake on my old 'van and it caused the pipes to powder and I ended up with waste washing up water in my cupboards.

For caravan waste pipes I use a couple of teaspoons of bicarbonate of soda, washed down with a few tablespoons of vinegar. You can hear it fizzing all the way down. Then some hot (not boiling) water to rinse and all is fresh again.
I only use a little bucket for waste water, so that's easy to clean!
