after inspecting my 13 pin euro plug in readiness for the new season I found one of the wires (grey) had come loose but had 3 spare pins to choose from to reconnet one of them being pin 8 which I believe is for reversing lights and pins 11 and 12, Which one do I need to reconnect to? We have a Freedom jetstream caravan (Polish make) any advice would be much apprecitated, thanks all.

Grey should be fitted to pin 10 - 12v Ignition on (battery charging or Fridge)

Thanks Mcquatic for your response but believe that the wiring colour code for Freedom vans is different to that of english vans. We had no problems last year or previous years. On connecting this to pin 11 all the road light worked but found that the 16v continental fuse in the van had blown. We are going to try connecting to pin 12 tomorrow and see what happens.
