If you're going through your insurers to replace the stolen cushions surely they'll have to replace the whole lot if they can't source the original pattern.
If you're funding the replacement yourself I can support earlier suggestions to try Tockfields, their website is www.foam.co.uk they did some cushions for us a few years ago and they do a superb job. They also carry a lot of original material patterns or could get very lose to it if your insurers are [aying to replace the lot.
