Depending how small you want but our previous bailey ranger 470/4 was 7'2" wide, 20'6" shipping length (i.e end of hitch to end of van) with a max weight (MTPLM) of 1179. You can get smaller but need to consider if you want to use the side dinette for kids and if so the length and weight of the bunk could be an issue. This model has a large end washroom which makes it very useable, its also fairly cheap to pick up 2nd hand.
Hi, width needs to be less than 7'4 to fit in our drive. Seating/sleeping areas more important than washrooms/big kitchen areas etc, in fact as long as there is room for a portapotti and a 2 ring hob it would do. To sleep 2 adults, one (hopefully 2 in the future) small grandchildren, bigger grandchildren and or husband lol can sleep in awning eventully. I dont care about frills and ribbons just living/sleeping space. I'll google the suggestions so far.
Thanks in advance
Freedom sunseeker, really compact but sleep four easily, my SIL had one, was really surprised at it :)

Adopt a rescue, rescue dogs make great pets, don't support puppy farms.
The road can be tough and rough, but what you put in you get back 10 x more.
How small a car would economically (without struggling) tow a freedom sunseeker? I'm hoping to trade in our 1.9 diesel VW Passat for something smaller.
Not sure but if I remember it's mass was only 650kg, they towed it with her focus.

Lunar Chateau 400. 2.2m wide, 6m shipping length, around 1150kg MTPLM depending on year. The washroom is very small, but of course this means there is more living space.
Ive just got an xplore 304 5.5mtr long and 2.1mtr wide. It has an L shape lounge which makes the van seem bigger and a rear side dinette that has fold down bunk.
