Hi All, having food damp in my little swift i have an option to get a sterling eccles amathyst 2004 at a really good price and brilliant condition (know the previous owners). Is it a good van, any previous owners out there with any pluses and minus'.
i have a towball weight of 80kgs - will i be able to get it to that with carefull (safe) loading. total weight not an issue due to my car.

We have a 2006 Amethyst, it is absolutely fabulous, well built, spacious and comfortable, can't help with the weight thing tho, thats my husband's area x good luck

went to see it and it is in really good nick and has been well looked after. Agreed a good price plus motor mover and tie it all up tomorrow. Just have to hope they stick to part exchange price agreed when they see our van or i will be gutted! trying not to get too excited yet but will take our van to them tomorrow so will know soon enough

We purchased our first van in January and it's the same model and year.

Been away three times already and really pleased with the van.Ours was a one owner van and had been serviced every year and passionately looked after.

they have seen our van and happy with the deal so we will pick ours up wk com 16th and can't wait!! So excited, in our little van this week and so far the one leg feel off the water pump isn't working properly, fingers crossed we get home with it iin one piece.
