Nissan Navara , just put them in the back , or place a step to the side and lift the bike up on the rack
The bikes on top of our Land Cruiser last year made it ove 3m high, so it registered as an HGV on the French autoroutes (automatc height sensor) so we got charged HGV tolls - didn;t realise until we got home!
