Whilst drilling through the floor, doing a delamination repair, I've drilled through the plastic water pipe leading from the water inlet area to the kitchen sink. I expected the pipe to run in straight lines but it obviously ran diagonal! The pipe is laid in the insulation area between the floor ply layer and underside ply layer of the van. Any ideas how to repair the pipe? I am thinking a new pipe going under lockers and fridge at ground level from the inlet area may be the best or easiest answer?
If you can see the pipe before it runs under the floor, & where it comes out, just cut it off & re-run the pipe join it up. Simple as that, trust me I,m a plumber, dont struggle.

Thanks, I'm not a plumber and I only have to look at a pipe to make it leak! Normally I stay well clear and leave plumbing to those that can.
I can see the pipe before it goes under and where it comes out. The water supply is via a submersible pump and pressure switch (no water tank). I don't really want to cut into the floor unless I have to, however to cut the pipe and fit a new one inside lockers etc will make the run around 16 feet. Would the pump give sufficient pressure over this new run? I appreciate your advice.
Thanks, I'm sure I can make the hole bigger, access isn't a problem the hole would be in the middle of the walkway but will this mean that I will have to fix battens and fit a new piece of ply on these to cover the hole?
