On the first trip of the year a couple of weeks ago we had a couple of things happen to our awning & poles.
Firstly the poles which I believe are either steel or aluminium - the centre roof pole connects to the centre joint using a ball & socket but got twisted a bit more than was good for it & snapped off! - the ball (of the ball & socket) originally had a bolt protruding from it which screwed into a thread on the main joint. Can anyone advise how I may get a new ball with the bolt inserted please?
Secondly when putting the canvas on the middle rubber pole holder snapped off meaning that (if I had one!) the centre pole now has nowhere to hook into on the caravan side of the awning - does anyone have any ideas how I can remedy this please?
Thanks
Steve
