With so many companies cutting back where possibe these days it's good to see Customer service still exists out there.
I received a similar service recently when my Aladin Stainess steel flask lost its ability to retain heat. I remembered it had a sleeve on it advertising lifetime warranty when I bought it. I emailed the company asking about this, they replied asking for the serial number for identification & told me where to find it. Followed by a request for me to return the flask to them giving me the post free address.
I thought that'd be an end to it but, as promised in the email, a brand new flask was delivered. Saved me nearly £30 & cost me nothing but the time to send an email & a little packaging to return the flask.
