We've had a good experience with our local store based on the service we received when we returned an awning. Even though Dorema were insisting on repair, Towsure agreed to refund.
On-line we didn't do so well. They sent us the wrong colour caravan cover and failed to notify us that an item we were waiting for was not going to be re-stocked.
Someone mentioned paying for returns? If there is a fault with the item or the wrong goods are received you should not have to pay according to distance selling regulations.
