If there is still roomm there for you and you want to go then tell then you are still going, you will, most likely, be asked to join in by the bikers.

If they are anything like the ones I know, the ones at the ralley will be the same ones that take part in the Charity Runs like the Wootton Bassett RideofRespect.

We are nice people really,i think you will find if you want to be left alone you will be and also very welcome to join in.

If there are 200 it will be an organised event and i doubt the site would let them on if they were not confident of them behaving.

As ST1100 says it could be part of a charity event so where's the shame in that.

Hi, If you were given very short notice, could be The bikers booking may have been made after your booking, and the site did not want to turn down the monies made from 200 bikers, if the site was informing you that there was a rally on then, and giving you the chance to re book or cancel because you may not wish to be there at that time, then that is reasonably considerate of them, but if it is the latter as has been stated earlier they  want you to cancel/re-book later/or refund, as rabb_uk posted “It doesn't sound like much of an option, they want you to cancel so will have to refund anyway, would you really want to rebook with them after being messed about?”. I think this is a site to be avoided.

Sounds like they need your pitch to me rather than thinking you wouldn't want to be there?
