Gazebos are a great addition to the camp site but you just have to be very careful where you buy them from.
I have one from Easygazebo and lost two of the supporting plunger pins last year. They are not fixed in very well.
But try to get replacements? Not from Easygazebos you won't. I have been trying since last September. They operate through a call centre only and there is no direct point of contact by phone. I continually called the call centre and they gave me an email address for the manager. I emailed him ages ago trying to source replacement pins. He has yet to reply.
I can only conclude that once Easygazebo get your money any chance of an after sales service is as good as flying pigs.
Be warned. My Gazbo is now useless because of two simple plunge pins.
