Hi,
We have a Thetford Cassette C4 Porta Potti and the cassette valve blade doesn't open when you turn the opener knob (we have to use a screwdriver down the toilet to manually open it) and wondered if anyone has any advise on fixing it. Also the float vent has fallen into the waste tank and would be grateful of any advise on if this is easy to put back or whether it can be used without it.
