Going away to the ccc Mablethorpe site for the jubilee week for some serious r&r, can't wait to get away from the alarm clock and work, we're keeping our fingers and toe's crossed that this gorgeous sunny weather keeps playing ball buts whats guessing this time next friday it will be either snowing or sideways rain, still, better than been at work.
H Gasman01 we are away for our first few nights inour new to us van next weekend! yes sadly the weather doesnt look as good as now but hey hey yourright its all about the getting away isnt it. Having been campers all these years it feels like a breath of frsh air to not have to think about cancelling our holiday because the weather might not be great ! dont get me wrong we live in England and were certainly not fair weather campers but i think its a weight off my shoulders to know i dont have to watch my Hubby pitch or put away in the rain hook up and go Yayyy sounds bliss !! fingers crossed for all of us making our maiden voyage next weekend and all those who hav already had a taste of it and going off again eeeek lol !!!
hi tent2caravan, we were campers before getting our first caravan last july and we were also slaves to the weather report, we had so many abandoned holidays due to terrible weather that we decided to take the leap and buy our plastic fantastic, like you its great to be able to book a holiday and not have to think about cancelling, although i must confess i've been watching sky news long range weather tonight to see what its gonna be like, my wife says i'm obsessed with the weather !!, hope you have a great first time out in your new van and we all get a tan.
