I recently bought a pyramid 3.9 Majestic. But the poles are so flimsy that they dont seal properly between the caravan wall and the upright poles. The poles are aluminium and bend is is possible to go to a pole manufacturer or supplier and buy some better ones.

Kampa offer these poles as an extra they are about £18 [a pair]& steel I think. It would depend on your awning top fiitting method. The Kampa ones are flat I believe.

Bowler 70 thanks but your link doesn't work. I must admit trying to source poles are a nightmare the poles are aluminium and about 1/2" diameter spiked at the bottom & flat at the top - I would think 3/4" and steel would be better.

Bowler 70 I contacted Tom Lambert from Awnings direct yesterday, a Kampa stockist. His reply was
Sorry do not sell Pyramid Majestic porch awnings so have no idea whether rear upright pole set from Kampa will fit or be suitable

The Kampa poles are flat at the roof end - what shape are your existing poles at the roof end.
You could always take one of your poles to Tom Lambert and compare. Lengthwise they telescopic so that should not be a problem.
Has TL the Kampa upright poles in stock?

Hi Mike - yes it is flat at the top it has a black plastic cover telescopic with a spike at the bottom. its about 1/2" diameter and flimsy
