I wonder whether anyone has had any dealings with Catterick Caravans after sales service in particular, or other caravan dealer's after sales service.  Whether good or bad, I would like to know what people have said about them.  You see, I am considering buying a used caravan that I have seen, however, I am unsure because the sales guys can be okay, but when there's a problem, will it get the same attention the sales people promise?

I ahve never dealt with Catterick Caravans. The last 3 vans I have bought were from new and I had terrible warranty problems with all three. In each case the problem was identified on service but the manufacturers or supplying dealer were obstinate .Two Bailey and one Lunar.Not all dealers are bad but you are wise to ask.

I have 2 vans from our local dealer lowe and rhodes in stoke on trent i cannot fault this dealer in anyway 1st class after sales service

Never dealt with Catterick but NEVER deal with Glossop. They are awful at aftersales

We've bought two caravans from Robsons of Wolsingham, and their aftersales has been very good.
