We had the same problem and hubby once had to 'hook' our keys from inside the caravan with his fishing rod! Fortunately, the kitchen window was open and his fishing rod was under the caravan!

When the caravan went in for service we mentioned this to the dealer and the fact that the handle inside that locks the 'van was loose. We presume they tighted it as we no longer have this problem.

Does the handle wobble and feel loose on yours? Maybe its the same problem as we had.

Funny that - ours is a Lunar  !

Its obviously not the same problem as ours then. We now keep a magnetic key box attached to the underneath of the caravan with a spare key in.
