We just purchased our first caravan. Its a 2003 Coachman Amara 450. Collecting in 10 days and cant wait. Does anyone know what size gas bottle it will take.

That's the same caravan as ours. The front locker will take either 6kg. Propane or the equivalent 7kg. Butane. Hope you enjoy your new caravan anyway, it's a good layout for us as we chaged from the end kitchen (Amara 380) to the end washroom (Amara 450).

Enjoy your new van, we've had ours a year now and love caravaning now. With regards to gas we have now changed over to calor lite to keep our nose weight down.
