When we had bunks the kids used sleeping bags, as the one on top kept loosing the duvet over the side as the bunks are narrow.and just popped a fleece over if they got a little bit chilly.

Wondered about the width of the bunks, murano. Not got the caravan yet (3 weeks to go!) so am stocking up on goodies ready for it. The top two bunks are for our son and daughter but my 4 dogs are going on the bottom bunk and I don't think they'd appreciate duvets falling over the edge next to them. Duvets do look more homely though...

When we had a tripple bunk Pageant Bretagne we used the Jonic fitted sheet & sleeping bag for our daughter. We folded the bottom bunk away to use as storage.
We used sleeping bags to begin with, but the kids just couldnt get on with them and they kept getting twisted in them etc, so now we use duvets and they sleep fine.
The duvets are wider than the bunks, but we just fold them over.
we used sleeping bags to start with but the kids soon got twisted and they were a bit narrower than the actual bunkbed so we switched to quilts. your olympus is exactly the same layout as our gt60 and we just use a standard single quilt.
for my 14 year old we tuck a bit down the side of the mattress as they are a bit wide and it saves the quilts falling off. but for my 6 year old we fold the whole quilt in half.
we dont have the fixed bunk beds, we have the diner/bed set up. We use a quilt and fold this under the mattress which stops my daughter rolling over and falling out
only had onetrip out so far and used duvets, downside was storage spce for them, just bought 3 sleeping bags for kids hope to try them out in near future
We had a double duvet from when we had the FC so i thought might as well give it a go at cutting it in half and sewing it back up as 2 piece's which has worked brilliant especially size wise as a double isn't the same size as 2 singles. Then we had 2 old single covers which once the duvet was in i folded over the excess and sewed on buttons to keep it to that size.
we suing sleeping bags for our 4 year old girls, how ever last week when we were away in it, one of them fell of the top bunk 3 times in the night due to them wriggling and the sleeping bag pulling them of with the weight and falling on the fall, what scared me most we have an oil filled raditor in the caravan that is normally in the place she fell, luckily not this time or i am sure she would of been killed, for this reason will not use the raditaor again and put a cushion on the floor
