Got most odd reply about it being abroad, and will be shipped once payment received via Bank wire.

VERY DODGY!

Don't touch with a barge pole.

Wonder who's actual caravan this is... Shame as I'd love this for this price. To good to be true :)

As usual anything that seems to good to be true, is very often a scam.

Fairly standard scam spam, relies on anybody being daft enough to pay without seeing caravan. How anybody could fall for that is beyond me.

Already reported to gumtree. Replied to supposed seller and told them not interested and that they were 'dodgy' they replied with "why?". I'm not going to reply any more tho.

You should never reply to an ad on Gumtree unless there is a phone number,after all if people are dying to sell it they would leave as much contact details as possible.

I contacted the original seller on ebay. It seems that the scammer is not just using gumtree.
Hopefully will get the fake ads shutdown

I had an email from the original seller, it was advertised on the Caravan & Camping club site as well. He has had it removed from there and has been in touch with gumtree to get it removed from there as well. Lowlifes must not be allowed to win.

I emailed the guy through gumtree to ask if i could view it.the answer was(The caravan is located in Italy , you can come here or we can use a shipping company to help us ....
I will pay all the shipping taxes .
