Not a great wekend caught the nearside of the van on a tree causing 3k worth of damage. The local council had trimmed the tree leaving nine inch diameter stump overhanging the road, which scored down the nearside side of the van, the question is are the council at fault? should i try to make a claim. Time to find out how good caravan gaurd insurance is.Has this happened to anyone else?
