this is a good shop in general but there is a guy who works there and just isn't interested. I wouldn't say he does anything wrong but he is miserable and not really bothered. He sold me a wheel clamp which didn't fit my vehicle even though I asked for his advice and gave him the tyre size etc. They did refund me without any issue and otherwise always found them to be most helpful. The shop that they have is well priced for camping gear and they stock more items than most.

As I said on this post last year I think this is a super place to shop for all camping and caravan needs - I'm now into my eighth year for both - but I can understand that the staff may get grumpy now and again as I often get very annoyed and have been known to walk out owing to the parents that allow their children to use the place like a play ground, just letting them run riot, shout constantly and play with anything that isn't tied down. The staff do a wonderful job just to serve you in those conditions.
By the way, I have nothing to do with the shop other than buying all my needs there and getting all the advice I could ever need.
