Having ordered two bedroom annexes for my awning from glossops.They arrived direct from sunncamp and were not quite what i thought they were, i had ordered zip in ones and these were attached via a plastic bead type thingy. Anyway only found this out on arrival at campsite so had to use them regardless. Upon return i rang sunncamp who werent the most helpfull. I then spoke to dominic in glossops awning shop who promised me he would sort it out.HE rang me today as promised and has got sunncamp to swap them for the zip in ones i asked for. So i just like to mention good service and credit where its due. Ps had a great weekend at henlleys in towyn. Well i did till i realised that my fridge in caravan doesnt work. Another job to do.

Good to hear of good service as someone might need to use it or at least know where to go to get good service.

We are quick with the bad service , which is good also as a warning to others.
