I have a Thetford cassette C2/C4 toilet fitted in my van. On my last visit the toilet refused to flush( we ended up flushing it manually with the shower)
I looked at the trouble shooting page in the Thetford manual and it suggested replacing the fuse which i have done but it hasn't fixed the problem.
When you turn the flush control knob it doesn't make a sound just nothing at all.
Can anyone advise on what the problem could be please
Thanks
your gonna need a meter, check at the switch on the toilet if you can expose the wires. Is the fuse for the circuit that the toilet is on Ok. I assume the fuse you changed is an inline for the toilet. Maybe the fuse for that circuit is gone.

Hi if any of the above dont work i had the same problem and i had to take the toilet out.Under the toilet where the toilet connects to the caravan electrics there is a push fit connector .Mine had corroded so i replaced the push fit and hey presto worked perfect but try the other options first.
In the meantime you can use a washing up bottle to flush it manually , just wash the bottle out fill it with pink then when you have used the toilet just squeeze the bottle round the bowl , good luck with the repair .
