Hi All
Just bought a Cadac carri chef for the caravan and wanted some advice on how to conect to an external gas point, the cadac comes with a short hose with a regulator, I've been told I need a 2 m hose, but what connector do I need and do I need a different type of regulator ?
Does anyone sell these made up, or am I barking up the wrong tree
Appreciate your thought all
Andrew

It's the bit on the left you need.  This seller used to sell these separately (for around £2 IIRC), but I can't see any at the mo.

My local camping/caravan supplies shop also sells them.  All you need is a suitable length of tubing to get the Cadac away from the van/awning, connecting the other end directly to the Cadac.  Discard the short length of tubing and regulator supplied - the regulator on the main gas bottle will do it's thing.

For ease of use, I have connected a short length of tubing to the Cadac permanently, and connected the short and long tubes via a complete quick release connection as in the link.

I think it depends on what Caravan the OP has as we just removed the one in the link you put up and had to buy another as newer caravans have different outside gas connections.
