The noseweight should be around 7% of the MTPLM as a guide which is the laden weight but you also need to know what is advised regarding the downward pressure on the tow bar of the towing vehicle.

Regarding the tyres, there should be a maximum psi on the tyre wall so this should help merely as a guide if you can't find out exactly what the tyre pressures should be.

On my swift 550, with the same tyre, the pressure is 62psi, as you say the nose weight limit for the hitch/caravan chassis is 100kg, so as long as you don't exceed that it'll be ok. I keep the noseweight of mine to just under 100kg

Cannot offer a correct tyre pressure without knowing the gross weight (MTPLM) of the van?

Nose weight can be a pain because manufacturers wont publish ex works N/W figures despite pressure from the Caravan Club. Eventually Bailey told me mine was 88Kg ex works. What have they got to hide? Well it was 100Kg at the dealers as were others of the same model.

My manual says 65psi too, but the plate on the van, applied by Swift, says 62psi, it's less bouncy with 62psi

The hitch load is 100kg, and the tyre pressure should be on the plate near the entry door, the correct pressure shown on my plate is 60 psi for my 2008  Swift Conquorer 530, hope this helps.

Seems these are heavy vans? a pair of these tyres using 65psi is for 1800kg load on a single axle van!

62psi is 1720kg and 60psi 1687kg, all of which is above the recommended lower maximum pressure/load for caravan use of 57psi and 1622kg
