With that little consumption you might be better with a solar panel that you could use if you go touring. From what you say the only thing that is going to make any inroads into your costs would be the water heater and that depends on just how much you use it ie showers etc. If the site has good facilities and a washing up area you may find that you don't need the hot water on all the time and a kettle would provide what you need. I would guess at less than £1 a day if you keep the water heater use to a minimum.

We use our caravan up until the site closes in December, even in the cold months when using the heating i think the most we have used was just over £2 in a 24 hour period and that was with the heating on all day and usual electric comsumption for a family of 5
