Hello

I am new to this forum and am looking for lots of advice. We are looking at purchasing our first carvan after years of camping in the tent. As we have 2 young children (aged 3 and 6) we are looking at one with fixed bunks so we don't have to make beds up each night. Can anyone recommend a could make our budget is about £5K. Once I find a caravan what things should I look out for - I know damp can be an issue but how do I know whether it has damp.

Would you buy from a dealer or private?

Finally, we are looking at a seasonal pitch in North Wales preferably Gwyned - any recommendations and costs.
