No water pressure switch on that van it is all microswitched. Just check open one of the hot taps just enough to set the pump running but not enough for water to flow and then open a cold tap, you should get cold water. The solution is to replace the microswitches there is one for each tap, can't tell you how to do the job though.

For a licence dated 1997 or later you must add together the plated max weight of the caravan and trailer, if the total is 3500 or less you can tow it. You may even tow a caravan with a MAM greater than the cars unladen mass the restriction was removed in 2013
