I would like to head down into Spain but i don't have the time to run down to the south coast. How far down would i have to go to get good weather in October ? Good weather meaning sunny 25 degrees plus .
I would say Costa blanca way as I was in Spain 3yrs ago, When the weather broke at costa brava, hitched up and headed for benidorm. Hot hot in October.

Come on get real, when do we ever get temperatures of 25 degrees in Britain? We have been struggling this year to get any sun never alone high temperatures. 25 degrees in October? Youv'e got more chance of seeing pigs fly.
If we got temperatures like that in October in Britain, campers wouldn't need to go all the way to Spain.
Just go south and brave the elements . October can be nice but the past two years it has bean bad. We have booked to go away at the end of October. If its that bad we shall just stay home.
If it is dry and cold it will be lovely. But that would be like winning the lottery
I think you summed it up Millermicm. I shall just keep going south. But avoid Benidorm!! (sorry boris) . Silly question really, but i appreciate you all replying to me.
Just been in Scotland for a week with all this rain so on the ferry tommorrow to get some sweet sunshine!!!
Happy travels everyone

Clear your head and read the post again, Hes going to Spain, not Somerset.
We were in Malaga a few years ago in November, it was in the mid 20s every day.

Yes you are absolutely right as I read the post again. After reading it the first time I thought the OP was referring to the south of England and not the south of Spain. Sorry.
I have been told that Benidorm has its own micro climate. My wifes boss took all his staff and spouses there just after Christmas one year and must admit that we had a brill time and weather was really good hotel was by the Benidorm Palace 5*
