There should be a seal over the bolt with a number on it, if you contact Al-Ko on their website & tell them the number they might be able to send you the key to remove the grub screw.
Our dealer used to keep these keys after they'd removed the grub screws but, I think these grub screws were only used up to those vans made in 2008 so chances are they've been thrown out now. It'd be worth a chat with your local Bailey dealer though, they might have one in a drawer somewhere.
