In an attempt to encourage new tourers to sample the delights of rallying, The Club would like to welcome members and non Club members, to the lavish grounds of Belvoir Castle on the Leicestershire/Lincolnshire border from Friday 24 – Tuesday 28 May, to experience the wonderfully social side of touring, living like a lord in one of the country’s most elegant stately homes. Guests can enjoy a variety of entertainment over the Bank Holiday weekend at the biggest event of its kind.
The site is one of historic significance, dating back to Norman times, although the current castle is the fourth to have stood there since that time, having been completed in the early 19th century.
Some 2,400 pitches will be available for 2013 and special package deals and offers will include reduced pitch fees, no increase in adult or youth fees from 2012, and 2 for 1 entry to the Castle on 26 and 27 May. Live evening entertainment, as well as spectacular daily arena entertainment, will add to the occasion.

Len Short, Events Manager for The Caravan Club, says, “The size of this event will be amazing and, once again, it promises to appeal to the whole family with plenty of excellent entertainment during the day and in the evening. National attendees all say the same thing – that the experience of staying in the grounds of a stately home is unrivalled and that the events are always good fun. This year we would love to welcome first timers to what promises to be a truly amazing experience.”
Nearby Club sites include Ferry Meadows, Top Lodge, Rutland and Milestone, and day visitors are welcome to the event 25 – 27 May at the low cost of £10 per person including parking and souvenir programme.
