Have got a claim in with the c&cc as i pranged my van in september, have sent them my 2 quotes over 2 week ago, have not had any responce from them up to no! how long do i wait to chase them up, they was quite responsive at the start?

I had to claim in June, and it was approved within two days after submitting my claim form and quotes. Excellent service from Club Care.
