Sorry again for another query. We're struggling with our Cascade 2 water heater which runs off gas only.

I can hear the burner light up and it stays on for a couple of minutes then goes to red. The water is warm but not hot. The manual says Voltage problem so went out and bought a new Battery, but the issue is still there. Any suggestions?

An update, I've done as the manual suggests incase of air block in the gas system, the water is getting warmer each time I turn the heater on and off. But it won't stay lit. Could this be due to changing Gas type recently as it worked before?

Struggling with this............. When I flick the switch, the green light shows and stays lit for about 2 minutes, you can hear the flame light up. Then it goes to red, If I turn on the hot tap it goes to Orange and then relights going back to green.

Am going to wait til daytime to switch back to the blue Gas as it worked fine until I switched to Red.
