My tap on my adria 542dk keeps coming loose any idea on how to stop this.

I had the same on the bathroom tap on my 542DT. The thread had stripped and was replaced under warranty. If it is the same as mine its's not an Adria part,the tap is made by Reich and is used on numerous other makes of van.
