Hi Everyone, 

A friend of mine has just bought another motorhome and on speaking to her she mentioned that they changed to this one, which is a Frankia, because it has more insulation and they tend to be warmer.  This got me thinking as to whether this applies to caravans.  Are there any makes which have more insallation than others?  How would you be able to tell?

My Stealth has one of the highest grades of insulation, unfortunatly they didn't seal round the fridge so it's like an icebox depending which way the wind blows.

Something else I have to rectify myself.

We have just purchase our first caravan a 2011 Swift Charisma 550

according to the "bumph" you get with it from Swift -:

 The 2011 model has Grade Three Insulation and can be used all year round and is European Whole Vehicle Type Approved. 

So we are hoping we will be warm as toast when we go on our first trip in November.
