dont think they will get away with only a month,as fit for use comes into it.is it misted in the centre of the front window about the size of football.if yes the panes are rubbing together? there has been many complaints about this and they have had to change 1000s.
------------- the only silly question is the one you do not ask.

No it's on the side window it looks like a fault in the actual pane it looks like the injection mould had a foreign body in ,when I get the van back eventually (it's only been 4 weeks)I will post the invoice with the letter from bailey

We had the front central window changed under warranty for the centre misting up as Michael said, probably nearly a year old when it was done. The replacement was slightly different as the outside pane was convex and although it still moves in the airstream whilst being towed the two panes don't touch. The fault was due to a design fault and not cosmetic.

Dealer is talking absolute tripe or cow dung! As mentioned "fit for purpose".
I totally agree but I need the van back so I can remove the mover and take it for p/x so I havnt got the time to peruse bailey ,but I will harass the dealer until I get it back
