we are needing 2 new floor carpets for our new van, its a 2011 model, now were going to use the van this new year & want carpets in for the cold,

 

wondered if anyone lnew where i could get some new ones?

if you have a pattern cut out just, look for a local independent carpet shop, ask if the will bind the edges and buy a remnant.

Hi, we have replaced carpets in two vans, as jaiash advises we bought remnant cut around old carpets as template & has edges bound. We used Right Price carpets in Linthorpe Middlesbrough. They only charge 50p per foot - cost us about £50 all together inc carpet ;)

I'm not sure if I'm missing something here but why do you need new carpets for a van of that age?

Dont know about leebo's Eldis but we found carpets in our Sterling were quite poor quality especially for supposed top of range van. We use van all year round & found they didn't wear well so knowing how cheap it is to do we replaced them. Previous van was German (Knaus) & whilst build fantastic don't think quality carpets are a priority ;)

Funny isn`t it?  The carpet on my van is the original, I think.  It`s 20 year old; might be ready for a clean . . . but I`m a bit scared to lift it . . . .
