When we bought our new caravan early this year, I had it fitted with an Al-ko Mammut mover. Its two great advantages are (1) being fitted high up and directly onto the main chassis, it is not prone to catching on high kerbs in tight manoeuvring situations, and (2) the small joystick on the remote control allows for variable speed control, giving the facility for very slow movement instead of one single speed after the 'soft start'.
