Movers can be such a pain, we get one problem or another most trips, never smooth, generally for us it's the remote, faulty connections inside it, this week it worked lovely to get off the drive, would not work at all on site, dreaded coming home, but it worked beautifully, have ordered a new handset so hopeful with 2 one might always work fingers crossed as there is no physical way we could get our van on our drive without the mover due to the size, of the drive, the angle, narrow road, adverse camber, steep drive etc, when it doesn't work it's stress all round, when it works it's fantastic piece of kit. Good luck hope you get your mover sorted
