Phantom Tracker Systems seem a great idea and they probably are until they go wrong. Mine came installed with my Lunar caravan but if you are thinking of buying you should be aware of the following. At first it was fine and I got calls when I accidentally set off the alarm or when the battery went dangerously low. But recently nothing and when I tested it, no call at all from Phantom to show they had seen the alarm and yet when we did the same with a friends van, they got the call.
I telephoned phantom as my subscription was due and they were not interested. Without any testing they stated it was Lunar’s fault for fitting it incorrectly, offered no advice on how it could be rectified and when I pointed out that my £99 was due but there was no point in paying if it was not working, were completely disinterested in finding anyway of satisfying my complaint and securing my money. An email complaining about this call was answered and they agreed with my comments about the service and promised to listen to the call and take action. Since then nothing. A further email requesting advice on what was happening was also ignored.
It is not a cheap product and so if you are thinking of buying bear this in mind as their after sales service is non-existent. I also wonder how much longer they can stay in business with this attitude towards their customers.
Bizarrely I had a call from Phantom today asking why I had not renewed. Stated it wasn't working. She said did you not get a call yesterday as your van is showing a power down (I had taken the battery off). I said no, so this proves it is working on the van but your systems aren't working to tell me any alarms. Oh she said so you don't want to renew. I said not while it is not working. Ok she said and rang off. Absolutely not interested in my money or correcting the fault. As I said amazing they are still in business!

I could have sworn that I just wrote that as we had exactly the same issue with our Lunar and total disinterest from Phantom bordering on being rude!
We also had an issue where we had deactivated the alarm hitched up to the car and then about twenty minutes later a phone call to say that the alarm had been triggered. This happened twice more on the same trip but has not occurred since.
The other issue is if you leave a pet in the caravan, you cannot activate the alarm and deactivate the internal PIR like you can with a car, but that is not a Phantom issue! You need to fit a switch in the wiring to manually deactivate the Keen alarm. They were kind enough to send us a diagram to do this.
Before any one says anything if we leave our pets in the caravan it is only for a short while and in the cool of the day of evening.
I must admit we have never had a problem with Phantom, although last year when I phoned them to tell them we were taking the van out the country the guy that answered the phone was more than a little disinterested, he did not even ask the dates we were going.
------------- XVI yes?
As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.
I meant to add, that if we had an option of tracker to fit, we would definitely not have a Phantom Tracker fitted. I think that £99 per annum is money for jam!
I guess I must be one of the lucky ones as the Phantom in my Lunar seems to work fine and when I have brain failure and forget to turn the alarm off I soon get a call asking if I know my alarm has been triggered. The only issue I have is the sim in the Phantom is on Orange and in areas of poor coverage it is as much use as a chocolate fireguard.

I am sure that some kind hearted scrote may move it to a better reception area.
we have a phantom tracker fitted on our eldiss supersirrocco we bought new in 2011. i had set the alarm off a few time accidently & sure enough phantom rang each time, i have just taken the battery off a few weeks ago as its in storage at a gold secure site, and i have had no call from phantom to say the battery has been removed. they give all the big one on there advertisement but in reality is not the same.
I have a Phantom Tracker and it works flawlessly. Phantom have contacted me every time the alarm has gone off, due to user error and a breakin. I informed them that I was removing the battery and got a text later to inform me of a power down situation.
What surprises me is the differing experiences that we all seem to have from the same company.
