Hi, I have seen a 4 berth1997 eldiss caravan being sold locally to me and wonder if £1800 ono is a good deal? What should I be looking for if I go and have a look at it? any advice would be fab! x
You need a damp meter and know how to use it, don't be afraid to take the seats apart and give all the corners a good going over with the meter including in the cupboards, as for the price its all about condition condition condition and what extras come with it.
The answer is provided the caravan in in good condition with no damp, then yes it sounds a reasonable deal. The information in the above posts should help you establish the condition of the caravan before parting with money.
