If you want to buy an Eriba or any other caravan on the continent it will be ok to use here, ehu connections will be the same, interior sockets will be schuko of course, rear foglight will be on left, I doubt this matters as UK caravans are not mot'eed. All Eriba Tourings(Puck etc)have continental side door, theres no UK version. If there is no leisure battery & you want to fit one you will probably have to fit new charger as well, 'vans with no battery mostly come with 12v transformer that is not up to charging as well.
All UK supplied caravans are supposed to carry UK fire retardant upholstery labels & 'official' imports of new 'vans will. If you buy abroad it will not have these labels & it is possible you might not be able to trade it into a UK dealer should you need to, but its not illegal to sell privately in the UK & there are loads of secondhand import Eribas on sale from UK dealers so all this could be an urban myth.
Eribas supplied by the now defunct importer Eriba UK Letchlade should have correct seat labeling, UK plug sockets & also 12n/12s plugs, but they may not. An Eriba bought abroad will either have single 12n plug or newer ones will have 13pin plug.
Caravans in Germany/Holland/Belg are registered as vehicles but if you buy from dealer in those countries they will be logged out & you just pay your money, put on your UK numberplate & off you go, nothing to declare when you reach UK.
