I have a 99 fleetwood it's mine and all payed for and best of all its dry , don't get me wrong i would love a new van but you can still have problems with damp as much as I might .
With a good polish it comes as good as anybody else's .

My mind is firmly at rest. I was worried about joining the cc, only because of what I'd read. But now my minds made up.
All I need to do is ply the bathroom, wallpaper it and refit the " beautiful " chocolate brown shower tray etc and she's ready for the season.
I just wish the previous owner would have put more effort into keeping her tidy. You wouldn't believe some of the dangerous and dam right stupid things I've found.
Thank you for putting my mind at rest. I can stop watching tents on eBay now lol

My van is 44 years old and I have never been refused on a site or asked how old my van is when booking.

I regularly go away to rallies with my local Caravan Club centre and am always made to feel very welcome - nobody looks down on my little van for being old. In fact, many people are fascinated by it!

The CC was one of the few places that would give me an insurance quote for my van due to her age! Most of the insurers I approached didn't want to know when they discovered my van was over 10-15 years old.

Whats the van please? t that age its a 1969 model
