look in your URL line to see if Http or www is there, or if it is https - which is more likely. the latter is a secure connection to handle money and private data, and has a more complicated method of exchanging information with the applicant computer. It probably ties in a bank somewhere as well, which will also have its own security procedures.

so give it a break, its just a dumb machine made out of silicone and afew bits of metal!!!

The Caravan Club website has always been a bit flaky and does have an annoying tendency to suddenly freeze. The 'new, improved' website that was launched about a year ago did nothing to improve the situation.

I usually find that it happens to me when I'm trying to make a site booking. VERY annoying!

I normally close down my browser window then open a new window and try again. Not an ideal solution, but it seems to fix it... sort of.
