sorry to hear your news. Our first van was a 2006 Pageant, we had it less than three weeks when we spotted the damp (same place as you). Luckily the dealer (large Bailey dealer) had the van back and we had a full refund. I loved that van, it had longer seats than our 2009 Pageant which suited our teens, I dont know what to suggest to you, I dont think I'd want to leave it. Do you intend to keep the van for a while? If its not repaired then it will be hard to sell I would have thought.
