Hi,
I am trying to find out what would have been included in the caravan weight for my Eldiss Whirlwind XL. I have spoken to Eldiss and they say a gas cylinder would have probably been included and maybe a spare wheel and any water including the toilet flush.
Can anyone help.
Also is it possible to increase the payload form the 150kg it is at the moment?
All the best
Dave

Hi,
Thank you for your reply. My problem is we do shows and I would like to carry about 50 to 75kg of goods in the caravan. This would be OK if the payload of 150kg excludes the spare wheel battery and gas bottles but I do not think it does. Therefore if you take off the weight of a leisure battery about 30kg 2 gas bottle at a total of 15kg and a spare wheel around 20kg you can only carry around 85kg of belongings.
