Woodlands was also pretty bad last year but staff did their best. Hopefully will be much better this year. With a Disco I'm surprised you have any problems getting off.   I do like to watch it on tv but there is nothing like the drama of watching it live for 3 days and the sound of the engines at close quarters.

I've toyed with going, but having watched power boat racing live, it's hard to see what's going on. When you watch on TV, at least you can see what's happening around the track, not just on the bit you can see.

Last time I looked into the prices, it was cheaper to go to Spa Francochamps than Silverstone and Spa usually delivers a better race too.

Totally agree philz55 my 8th year.. Last year only tractors got vans off our field has a dip before exit gate which fast became a lake last year.... Pulled 3 people on Thursday but failed miserably to get off Sunday after race.
