I know someone else who tried this as well only to find out that the device had got duff batteries installed.  What's your solution to the problem then as many criticise this device but unfortunately have no alternative?

Thanks Jeff for that information as it shows that I'm not the only one in support of this battery operated sonic repeller as I previously said that it works for some and not others. It's strange how you try to offer people good advice and yet you get a minority who try to defeat what this forum is all about. If something doesn't work then advise the OP something that actually does.  

We tried mothballs from a local hardware shop they really ponged.went back to caravan only to find the mice had tried to eat them.

this old mothball cure was recommended to me by an old chap who swore by it.cant see how it works says i, have you ever smelt mothballs he asks, no says i cant get their legs far enough apart.
