Is he on a site? If so, has the electric been working at all since he got there? If so, he may have tripped the power. There are generally three switches next to the master switch in the caravan so he needs to check them all. If this doesn't help, he needs to check if the power has tripped at the post where he connected the main cable. If he has not had power since he arrived, I would check the connection of the EHU at the post and at the caravan - then, if that doesn't work, ask at the site office.
